How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your package once it's in transit.
What are your delivery options?
Orders shipping with the US:
Standard (7-10 Business Days)
UPS Ground (4-7 Business Days)
Orders shipping internationally from the US:
International (7-14 Business Days)
All shipping estimates include three business days for printing and processing time.
How do I return an item?
You can return merchandise purchased from Differentwayofliving.com by mail. Remember, shipping costs aren't refunded. If there was a problem with your order (something missing or damaged or you were shipped the wrong items please email us at differentwayofliving@gmail.com.
What is your returns policy?
Our return policy allows for purchased items to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with original packaging and in new condition. Some items sold by Differentwayofliving.com have a modified return policy noted on the items website and packing slip stating refund exceptions.
